Sometimes I have to remind myself that it’s okay to not be happy all the time. • • • That it’s UNREALISTIC to be happy all the time. • • • And that we don’t need to smile or be cheerful so others feel okay about us. • • • Also, sometimes you just need to snuggle with your cat, watch something funny, eat something delicious, and not be happy. And that’s okay.
It’s been a really painful week so far but this guy really cheers me up 😻 ✨
